    Dreamsea Surf
    2018.04-2020.09(2 years)
Dreamsea Surf is one of the leading companies in the surf camp and glamping market in Europe, with many others following its trail of innovation in the way of giving clients an authentic and unrepeatable experience. I Successfully implemented campaign and maximized clients bookings at surf camps in France-Moliets-et-Maa and Portugal-Sintra in seasons 2018-2020. French camp capacity is around 300 guests and Portugal is around 50. Guest stay one week on average, from Saturday to Saturday. During the start of the Pandemic situation we coordinated and created ways to maintain informed clients about the situation and the availability to travel, among other recommendations. The security was ensured and the 2020 season was a success over other surf camp strategies and outlook for that season. I was in charge of booking, mapping guests location during stays, coordinating with surf camp managers. Then facilitated transport and advisory to guests during their journey from their origin until the camp location. Languages implemented were English and French mainly, Spanish and Chinese occasionally. The main elements to run these tasks were an specialized platform for bookings called Bookinglayer Software; phone; email; facebook; instagram; whatsapp; boot camp and others.

    Embassy of Haiti in Venezuela
    2015.05-2015.10(4 months)
I worked in political-economic affairs and organization of cultural events. My day consisted in reporting and giving analysis focused on politics, economics, human rights and international cooperation by drafting press briefings for the political department and the Ambassador. I conducted with the cultural affairs office one exhibition that had 2 weeks duration at a municipal library in Caracas. The exhibition had Haitian works of art, literature and history. For the Flag Day on May 18th, which is celebrated for that whole week, I liaised with the popular Haitian band T-Vice to give a free concert at the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Park in Caracas and Teatro Teresa Carreño inviting the Haitian community and locals. I had to manage the stay, hotel, transport and catering for the band and intellectual figures from Haiti that came for the week, as well as their conferences at libraries and CELARG Rómulo Gallegos center. Finally, I had to do 2 requested policy papers, the first regarding the Venezuela-Guyana territorial conflict for the political department, in which I explained the roots of the conflict, current situation and scenarios for its solution, as well as recommendations for the Haitian government in the context of CARICOM and the Organization of American States. The second paper was regarding the National Assembly Elections that took place on December 6th of 2015 in which the opposition won the majority.
