  Lead the new-built factory to achieve 15% capacity expansion in a year. Lead and manage over 150+ personnel covering production, quality control, maintenance, warehouse, safety and human resources. Ensure production is operating smoothly in every aspect and keep it at full capacity 6 days a week to hit the sales target and deliver 80 containers of FG monthly. Support R&D and QA to comply with regular standard and increase the quality rating such as helping the experiment on moisture control, and lead the production team working with them for testing various recipes and new product.
