IT business partner and product portfolio management: - Oversee China operation systems products management, including business strategy alignment, product portfolio management, high level product architecture design- Business engagement with senior business stakeholder on business model and process improvement with digitization solution- High level product mapping with global and China systems integrationProduct & project management (15 system products, toB, PC-end, IOS, Android):- Lead on corporate-level large scale product whole life cycle development from opportunity assessment, business process design/ improvement, user journey analysis, user story mapping, documentation, agile sprint development facilitation, user training, product release to launch. - Lead on national & global IT highly prioritized projects from initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring to delivery across more than 10 cross-function teams across the region- Advanced experience in business process mapping and user needs analysis Team leadership:- IT Project & Product development whole PROCESS STANDARDIZATION and EVALUATION across business teams, product team and IT services team- Product team management on a group of 7 full-time Product Managers and Business Analysts
