Mentoring teachers students and Parent Teacher Association officials on health and education issues, Planning project activities, Monitoring the implementation of project work and carrying out assessments, Sourcing donor funds (both local and international) to aid the projects, Budgeting, Coordinating meetings and overseeing members of the project team, Maintaining relationship with project partners, Prepare Budgets, Analyze risks and opportunities, Oversee project procurement management, Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, Producing monthly reports and working with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.

Duties includes; Teach geography classes to a diverse array of students of varying ages, learning backgrounds and abilities, Plan and organize hands-on activities that encourage active student participation, involvement, and team work, Advisor for Geography Club, focus on fostering student leadership and organizing social and community events, Maintain an orderly, peaceful, and positive learning environment, applying disciplinary measures when necessary, Incorporating cultural, social, and historical components into the curriculum to diversify and expand learning material, Fostered a positive classroom environment with mutual respect and consideration as collective goals, Incorporated technology into the classroom, Implemented a variety of teaching tools to accommodate all learning styles, Served as advisor to student council, Encouraged a multimedia and multi-dimensional curriculum that integrated geography with history, politics, art, and culture, Fostered a positive and safe learning atmosphere.
