Deputy Headteacher of the British International School Puxi Campus. I am a strong believer in academic excellence and lifelong learning. I am an enthusiastic, innovative teacher whose lessons are methodical, communicative and fun, but never forfeiting the essentials – sound grammar and vocabulary teaching. I enjoy working with students in the classroom and with like-minded teachers. I am well-organised and efficient, setting myself clear and manageable goals. I establish a good rapport with my students and give individual assistance and feedback. My aim is to ensure students are always challenged and encouraged to achieve their full potential. As a very successful learner myself, I am keen to assist other young people to achieve as well as I have done. Students under my care and teaching will become responsible and independent individuals through good guidance and role-modelling.
