• Led a team of 70+ professionals across Quality and Product Reliability, overseeing end-to-end customer and supplier quality management, quality systems implementation, as well as operations of the sample center and testing center. • Directed the full-cycle planning and development of a 180,000 m2 Smart Industrial Park from ground zero, enabling in-house R&D and manufacturing of sensing technologies, special-purpose robots, and humanoid robots. • Initiated and managed the establishment of a $7M Testing Center, supporting reliability and compliance testing for products used in natural gas safety, industrial automation, and domestic service scenarios. • Built and operated a $12M Sample Center from scratch, responsible for sample production of gas flow meters, electronic skin technologies, and robotic systems. • Spearheaded the pilot assembly project of humanoid robots, managing the complete technical and quality chain—from component selection to final integration and trial production. • Delivered product quality solutions for both humanoid and special-purpose robots in customer environments such as oil and gas terminals, ports, logistics and manufacturing centers, elderly care homes, and rehabilitation facilities. • Led successful deployment of robotic systems for photovoltaic panel cleaning and metal tank maintenance, ensuring high-performance outcomes in fatigue- intensive and hazardous scenarios. • Managed the whole product quality lifecycle under the IDP2.0 framework —from customer requirements analysis and design modifications, through FMEA, APQP, and process change validation, to reliability testing, on-site customer adaptation, and final PPAP, SOP, and EOP execution across design, prototyping, testing, and production stages. • Established integrated quality and supplier management systems across all business lines; approved technical reports and patent submissions related to product design and development.

• Led A2LA accreditation audits for IoT, smart technology, and automotive laboratories, successfully completing accreditation audits for Amazon Smart Lab, a Korean IoT Lab, and Huawei Lab. • Managed after-sales project maintenance, offline product sales, and exhibition participation in North America for two automotive parts companies, two plant growth lighting companies, and one non-standard automation company in the fruit supply chain.
