  I was in charge of welcoming customers into our shop,make sure that their inquiries get the right and satisfactory answers .i was to introduce our new products to the customers and also participate to the negotiation between my boss and the customers by making the conversation flow naturally ,no matter what the deal is made or not.I was also able to reply mails from customers on a daily basis,and follow their orders up to the delivery.On top of that,my interpersonal skill improved significantly in a space of a few months.I felt confident and became more enthusiastic than i was before .
