Im responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with alumni, fostering a dynamic and engaged alumni community, and strengthening connections between former students and UPF Barcelona School of Management. This role involves strategic networking, effective communication, promotion of Lifelong Learning programs, and event management to ensure continued involvement and professional growth opportunities for alumni.Key responsabilities: - Lifelong Learning Promotion: Collaborate with the academic team to tailor programs that cater to alumnis needs and career growth. Encourage alumni participation in executive education, masterclasses, and industry-focused programs.- Communication & Outreach: Develop and manage communication strategies to inform alumni about school initiatives, achievements, and opportunities.- Alumni Network Development: Promote networking opportunities that enhance professional and personal connections among alumni, establish and oversee alumni chapters locally and internationally.- Alumni Relations & Engagement: Encourage active alumni participation in school activities, mentorship programs, and industry collaborations. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships between the school and its alumni community.
