(1) The original Application Form for Cancellation of Foreigner's Permit to Work in China. The form is printed online through the application system, signed by the applicant and stamped by the employer. (2) The original copy of the documents proving the termination of the employment relationship, the termination of the contract or other reasons related to the reasons for cancellation. Among them, the termination of employment relationship and termination of contract shall be signed by both parties. Remarks: If the validity period of the work permit for foreigners to come to China expires without renewal, it will be automatically canceled; if it is revoked or withdrawn according to the law, or if the permit is revoked according to the law, it will be canceled by the Nanjing Bureau of Foreign Experts. In case of death or incapacity of the applicant or early termination of the contract or termination of the employment relationship, the employing unit shall apply for cancellation to the Bureau of Foreign Experts of the city of posting within 10 working days from the date of occurrence of the matter. If the employing organization is terminated, the applicant may apply to the Bureau of Foreign Experts of the city where he/she works for the cancellation of the work permit.
