What documents should be submitted by an employer in order to apply for a Notice of Foreigner's Work Permit for a foreigner to be employed?

(1) Application Form for Foreigner's Permit to Work in China, which is printed online through the application system, signed by the applicant and stamped by the employer. (2) Proof of work qualifications. (3) Original copy of the applicant's highest degree (academic) certificate or relevant approval documents, proof of professional qualifications, certified by the embassy or consulate. (4) The applicant's original certificate of no criminal record and the original certified copy of the embassy or consulate. (5) Physical examination certificate (original and copy). The commitment system can be used first when the person is outside the country. (6) Employment contract or certificate of employment (including dispatch letter from multinational company). (7) Applicant's passport or international travel document. The validity of the passport shall not be less than 6 months. Note: All of the above non-Chinese materials are required to provide a Chinese translation, and stamped with the official seal of the translation company, except for the passport or international travel documents. Both the original paper documents and Chinese translations should be uploaded to the processing system electronically. If the nationality of the foreign applicant changes, he/she should apply for a new work permit for foreigners to come to China.
