We are looking for Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to: -Responsible for all Shangri-la Circle and VIP guests -Assist guests to ensure that they receive most care during their stay -Coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs -Assist Front Desk during heavy check-in, check-out and full house -Provides a courteous and professional service in a proper manner at all times

We are looking for someone who: -Takes pride in being a hotelier -Loves interacting with guests and customers -Is a self-starter and a team player -Communicates with fluency in English (and local language) due to the needs of taking care both international and local guests. -Loves being creative with an eye for detail -Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests -Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably has relevant experience with an international upscale hotel group
